PERSONAL TRAINING AND A CHANGE OF LIFE
I used to be overweight, drink too much and smoke too much. Fitness and Health was always a taboo subject.
Being a Personal Trainer was never, ever on my agenda when I was younger.

I used to be a musician and a bloody good one at that.

I used to tour the country in a shitty van and play in crappy venues to anything between 20 and 500 people.

With that lifestyle came heavy drinking, heavy smoking and not giving a crap about what I ate.

One day I woke up, looked in the mirror and didn't like what I saw. I NEEDED to change.

So I did.

I hit the gym and started learning as much as I could about fitness and nutrition.

It took me a while to get some traction, but ultimately it led me to the decision to become a Personal Trainer and Nutritionist.

I have now been a certified Personal Trainer and Nutritionist for around 8 years and I take both very seriously.

My goal is and always has been to help people achieve the results that they assumed were unachievable.

To help people understand that actually fitness and nutrition doesn't have to be difficult or complicated.

In fact it's often the simplest things that can make the biggest difference when you are trying to make BIG changes.

I pride myself on keeping up to date with the most current scientific evidence that I bring to my clients.

Most of all though, I make sure that people achieve whilst having a LIFE.

There is nothing worse when embarking on a new fitness or personal training journey to find out that you have to completely change your food choices. That doesn't happen.

We can make HUGE wholesale changes when we understand the very simple concepts behind fat loss and muscle gain.

We are all human and my coaching and personal training absoutely reflects that.
